Beautiful recently renovated property with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.
Extremely comfortable and homely, excellent location close to transport and shops and very friendly and helpful staff.

Good location, close to Earls Court underground station and bus stops. Quiet area and building. Good value for that area of London. Comfortable bed and clean. Good kitchen area, although we did not cook. Large Tesco close by and open until midnight.
We found the sofa too low and soft to sit comfortably. Restricted access to one side of the double bed - a challenge after knee surgery!
The flooring was very worn and the rug was slippery and rather tatty. We had little luggage but there was limited space for large cases, as used by many international tourists. We understand it was a self service apartment but thought it unreasonable to be expected to pay an additional service fee of £30 for 2 teabags ( having not drunk any coffee) and an extra toilet roll for a 3 night stay, when these were provided.

I had a wonderful stay at Marloes. The bed was very comfortable and the room was thoughtfully designed with everything I needed. The space was quiet and peaceful overall, although the soundproofing could be better as I could occasionally hear people moving furniture.
The staff were available 24/7 and were very helpful, especially with luggage storage when arriving early or leaving late. This made my stay much more convenient and stress-free.

Recently refurbished to a high standard.
The person on reception upon arrival was extremely rude due to a problem with the link (their end) to secure a £350 deposit prior to checking in. I was made to feel like a criminal and instructed to go and sit over there and wait 15 minutes!
If I hadn’t already paid for the accommodation I would have walked out and checked into a hotel.
