Location was central close to museums
I reserved a parking lot, payment was taken, only to find that another car was parked at the one lot the hotel had. It caused me a lot of inconvenience as we needed to park on the street and move the car every 4 hours. Despite asking for a refund and writing a email to them, I have had no response.
The metal panel of the lift was overhanging our head - we had to hold on to it before rushing to reception to inform them. They did place an out of order for the lift immediately thereafter.
