Our room s were spacious, clean and the staff went out of the way to accommodate us. We definitely recommend this hotel and will return.

Well appointed apartment, beautifully clean and women on reception were lovely. The property is in a nice location. Our apartment looked out at the railway and the noise was a bit of a distraction. I suggest triple glazing and thicker curtains.
While the women on reception were lovely there was a man on one evening when I came down to collect some printing (about.10.30pm during a weeknight). He came out from the area at the back after I called out four times and stared at me. He did not speak, even to respond when I said 'hello'. I told him that I had come to collect some printing and he handed it to me without making eye contact or speaking at all. I had my hand out but he slapped the printing (3 pages) onto the counter beside my hand.

The premise is clean with modern design. I love it. It’s pet-friendly, and the hotel provides a pet kit if you stay with a pet. Daily housekeeping. There’s a small fitness center with a cable machine, dumbbells, and treadmills. Gloucester Rd and Earl’s Ct are within walking distance. Otherwise, Uber is fairly convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful.
