The staff were very friendly and cooperative. We didn't stay in the property as there was a power outrage and the hotel had no generator.
But we cancelled it without fee after we checked in. The staff were very cooperative, they helped us with our luggage and tuktuk.

Excepcional, desayuno y comida riquísimos, playa tranquila y espectacular, personal muy atento y amable, surf a pie del alojamiento y la habitación ideal. Limpio y cuidado. Un paraíso. Ideal para desconectar y relajarse.

Chambre en bord d’une très belle plage déserte
Avec cours de surf directement sur la plage de l’hôtel
Toilettes non séparées avec salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre.
À noter : Il faut prendre un tuk tuk pour se déplacer vers Hiriketiya (10 min), Dikwella beach et turtle beach (15/20 min)
Attention compliqué de trouver des tuk tuk le soir même via l’application “Pick Me” !

All in all they really try to do a good job. The café's location (where brekkie is served) is really nice. However, the rooms are in the back, not at the beach like you might expect. Rooms did not meet my expectations of cleanliness and the bathroom had an odd smell. Brekkie was good but it took forever to come.
I don't like to give bad reviews and it definitely was not that bad but I would not come back :(
