Stayed 2 nights. Easy check in. Clean room. Though a bit low, the bed was comfortable. Lots of windows and light. The breakfast was very good with assigned seating and quality choices. Honor "bar" providing lots of wine and some snacks. Good location, a short downhill walk to the center. Quiet.
Though the bathroom was quite large and "separate", the wall between it and the main room was clear plexiglass covered with a patterned-perforated wicker screening that provided little privacy. The door was unnecessary. The balcony was not covered and not very appealing. Though we did not have a car, parking around the house was pay, monitored by walking parking enforcement and appeared to be sparce, particularly during the day.

We had a lovely stay and the hotel met all of our expectations. The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of the town centre, but just far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet at night.
Free on-street parking was a real bonus, and we always managed to find a space when returning after a day out exploring.
Breakfast was simple but had a good selection and everything we needed to start the day. We certainly never left hungry!
Overall, a great location, comfortable stay and exactly what we were looking for. We would happily stay here again.
