Service really makes this hotel stand apart. Wonderful to take advantage of the amenities of their sister property Corpo Santo as well.

Joanna, the host, was delightful. She was so friendly and helpful. She filled her fridge with free drinks and offered snacks every day. Living room was really spacious and they received pink toilet paper because of its location on Pink Street. The area is hopping with tons of bars and restaurants. It can be loud at night, but Joanna provided us with earplugs. My only small quibble is with the bathroom… I think it could use a little cart added for toiletries and makeup bags.

We loved our studio room at the House on Pink Street. Joanna was very helpful during check in. My hubby and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary. She gifted us a bottle of wine and cupcakes- such a special treat! The street can be a bit noisy at night do to the restaurants and bars but we were not bothered by it.

This is something that happened firsthand to a friend who is traveling with me in Lisbon. She asked me to share this story with others.
Having passed the age of fifty, there are many people I am grateful to, but never before have I experienced something as unforgettable as what happened today. Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, I discovered that my backpack had been opened and several items stolen: my jacket, along with my passport—which had been in the pocket—€600 in cash, and a credit card. Hazel immediately stepped in to help; she accompanied me to the police station to file a report and arranged for the manager of the CORPO SANTO HOTEL to assist me with the procedures for my lost passport at the embassy. They went above and beyond, contributing both their time and their own resources. In a foreign land, I cannot imagine how I would have managed—or even taken a single step forward—without their support. No words of gratitude could possibly suffice; the help and warmth I received when I was at my most helpless meant the world to me. I am so fortunate to have met Hazel and the manager of the CORPO SANTO HOTEL. Thank you both so much for your selfless assistance—thank you!
