The room was small, but it had a loft with a couch and tv. Beautiful modern decor. We arrived on a Thursday night, and noticed earplugs were provided, but did not know why until the Friday night when we returned to the room later at night and heard the music from a nearby club with many patrons hanging around the street. It was a non-issue for us, as with the windows closed we slept throught the night without any problem.

We liked the location as it's close to the plaza and waterfront. We liked that someone greeted us when we arrived to hand us the keys and check us in. We also enjoyed the option of having breakfast delivered every morning.
We would have like a door between the kitchen/bedroom spaces for more privacy. Also, the mattresses were a little hard. Communication between the guests and hosts (via WhatsApp) can improve, as I felt like a repeated myself a lot.
