The accomodation, bed and bathroom was clean, I had a lovely view in room 5 facing the street/river. There was an air conditioning unit which was nice to keep the room cool - although seemed to only work sometimes and was quite weak. Daily cleaning and the owner was easily contactable, helpful and replied quickly.
The entrance to the building, the actual apartment complex and then the individual room requires a code rather than keys, which is given to you before your stay.
There was a shared kitchen between the 6 rooms with was clean and it had a small fridge, kettle and cutlery etc...
I loved it and would 100% come back to stay here.
Nothing that I didn't like about the property but things to consider;
- there was no safe available in the room
- there are a few stairs to walk to get to the apartment area (with no elevator available) just to be aware if you have heavy luggage/suitcases
- the trams and traffic was loud sometimes, would recommend earplugs if you have trouble sleeping with noises

Great location for the 15E tram to Belem tower and jeromimos monastery. Short walk to cais do sodre for subway to airport and orient station for comboios trains. Very short walk to waterfront and restaurants . Easy walk ( uphill) to Rossio neighborhood and many restaurants & Fado music Short flat walk to 28 historic tram stop on Rua da conceicao. Short walk to Time Out Foodhall Market. Clean, good shower and bathroom. Narrow but comfortable beds and bedding. You can pull the beds apart.
Corpo do santo Square is busy. Some streetcar squealing. Busy intersection. Loud party people from nearby pink street. There was a football match during our stay. Otherwise a quiet place.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect!!! We loved opening the windows in the morning and looking out onto the little square. There was so much to do right next to us. If we come back to Lisbon, and hopefully we will, we will absolutely stay here again!
