Good breakfast with lots of space to find wherever you felt comfortable to sit and eat. Staff were friendly. Hotel was super clean everywhere.
Gorgeous view from the balcony.
Great location - easy to walk to metro which has direct line to airport and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including Time Out Market.
Check out was difficult as reception wasn't open and I wasn't told what to do with the key so had to go hunting for a member of staff.
Window shutters didn't close properly so let in a lot of light which would have made it difficult to sleep if I had stayed longer and/or hadn't been so tired from the hills!

Very nice, quaint, old elegant home. Our room with balcony was very nice but small. Location is excellent.
Lack of elevator and some areas very tight.

Beautiful interiors with old fashioned charm and character. It was like staying in a museum - beautiful and decorative.
The breakfast area looked amazing but wasn’t practically set out - lots of little rooms with the buffet mixed up and spread out - it would have been better to keep the buffet all in one place. Seating around tables made it tight getting to the different buffet rooms.

Good Breakfast, although it was hard to work out where everything was on the first day
The room at 3m * 3m was much smaller than the 10m * 10m advertised on booking.com. There was no room for a desk
