This friendly 3-room apartment (approx. 66 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor (with an elevator), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the apartment consists of high-quality tiles with an elegant wood-grain finish.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 6 people, making it particularly suitable for families with children. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, a large wall mirror, and a shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright, airy, and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate extendable dining table with 6 chairs; a bookshelf; and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 3 m² covered balcony (facing west) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A well-stocked selection of games (board games, party games, and card games) as well as a few books are also available.

The semi-open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The separate, additional second bedroom features two comfortable bunk beds (4 x 90 cm x 200 cm), each with a nightstand and a bedside lamp. Not only can children sleep here, but there is also plenty of space for adults to sleep.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms have blackout blinds.

The bright bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and plenty of storage space.
You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet in the spacious entryway of the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation rental (approx. 400 m) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment (No. 17 / Building I), and you can park your bicycles in the bike racks behind the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
