Clean helpful, open late at night as my flight delayed , close to the station
The heating . It was too hot and they said you couldn’t put the air con on at this time of year

Staff was amazing. They were incredibly kind and outgoing. Helped us solve a transportation challenge and did so with incredible kindness and grace. I am very thankful!!!!!

Good hotel with underground parking. A 20 minute walk takes you to historic area of Santiago de Compostela. Great staff on reception (good English) who took time to advise us on getting about the area.
Rooms clean and comfortable with good shower. Breakfast was outstanding and more than worth paying for!
Good chat from Stephen the barman - great personality. To be fair all staff very friendly and helpful .
Big shopping centre close by if that’s your thing.

Beautiful lobby and very helpful, kind staff
Rooms were old, stuffy. The air conditioner didn't work well. The shower was a huge disappointment - very weak water pressure, and the rain shower wasn't effective.
