Great staff, quiet location, central to all
Access from garage to hotel could be improved. Need to renew some items in bathroom (e.g. hairdryer).

Lovely old world hotel with beautiful artwork throughout. The garden was an added surprise in the middle of a city.
Bathroom was a bit tired. Wooden toilet seats are so unhygienic. Shower was a disaster.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel , beds are not comfy , bed linens where old and had some rips, our room wasn’t clean , it looked just old and not taken care of , only 2 staff members where nice , the rest specially the guy at the cafe/bar at night had an attitude , just bad overall,
Breakfast was good , and the girls at breakfast where super attentive and nice
But overall , this hotel front deserve 4 stars
