The room was huge. Bed was comfortable
Staff were very nice
It didn’t feel a 5 star experience. We stayed 2 nights. Bathroom supplies were not replenished for the second night. Towels were not replaced. Wet towels hung up.

The location
It is not a 5* hotel at all. The hotel may have been luxurious 40 years ago but any luxury has faded. The bathroom was tired with black mould on the sealant, very poor toiletries and generally old.
