This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 4, facing northwest toward the sea. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—in just 200 meters, you’ll reach Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa park are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This family-friendly and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet.
