The 53 m² family-friendly two-room apartment, booa4-33, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the spacious, sun-drenched balcony facing southeast; here, you can enjoy breakfast together in the morning sun and breathe in the refreshing sea air.
A starter set of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for your arrival.
The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 4, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 meters away lies Boltenhagen’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.
Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. You can enjoy the sun all day long on the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. The balcony is accessible from the living room. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Supermarkt und Bäcker war sehr gut, so dass wir das Auto in der Tiefgarage lassen konnten. Die Aufteilung des Apartments war sehr schön, es waren genügend Schränke vorhanden, ein Fernseher zusätzlich im Schlafzimmer war auch sehr schön. Die Lage von Haus 4 war sehr ruhig, man könnte darauf hinweisen, dass man dort nur über Haus 5 in die Tiefgarage gelangt, ist beim Be- und Entladen des Autos hilfreich zu wissen.
