The 55 m² family-friendly two-room apartment, booa5-45, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the beautiful northwest-facing balcony, equipped with a beach chair; here, after an eventful day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening sun and the soothing seaside climate.

A starter set of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive and light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 5, facing northwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—the fine-sand, kilometer-long Boltenhagen beach is just 200 meters away. The pier and the spa park are only a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. After a relaxing day on vacation, you can unwind on the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. The balcony is accessible from the living room.
