The 56 m² barrier-free two-room apartment, booa2-11, is located in the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the spacious terrace facing northwest; here, after a relaxing day on vacation, you can enjoy the sun and the sea air well into the evening.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment for you, and the beds are made for your arrival.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 2, facing northwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—in just 200 meters, you’ll reach Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This family-friendly and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the west-facing terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and a beach umbrella, and enjoy the evening sun. The terrace is accessible from the living area.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator through a direct entrance beneath the building.
