This comfortable ★★★★ 2-room, non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor of "Strandglück" Building B is easily accessible by elevator. It features a modern living/sleeping area with a sleeper sofa (1.30 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, internet radio, stereo system, DVD player, Blu-ray player, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer). The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a second flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. For bookings of 5 nights or more, bed linens and towels for 2 people are included. The modern shower room/restroom with a heated hand dryer rounds out this beautiful apartment. During the 2026 season, a beach chair is included from May 15 to September 15, 2026, Section 14, through beach chair rental company C. Meininghaus. An underground parking space is available (the maximum ceiling height of the garage is 1.98 m). The beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the spa gardens are just a few steps away. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

This modern “Strandglück” residential complex, Building B, was completed in the summer of 2013. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments, which offer views of the spa gardens or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
