This high-quality, modernly furnished 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 1st floor with a south-facing balcony in Building A “Strandglück,” is easily accessible by elevator. It is equipped to be senior-friendly and offers a high level of comfort for up to 4 people. The exclusive living-dining area, which includes a sleeper sofa for 2 people, features a flat-screen TV with built-in Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray player, a mini stereo system, and a dining area for 4 people. The modern, fully integrated kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, and more. In the bedroom, blackout blinds, a high-quality double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a second TV (with built-in Wi-Fi), and a spacious wardrobe ensure a restful night’s sleep. An elegant shower room/restroom with barrier-free access to the shower, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a washing machine rounds out the amenities of this beautiful vacation apartment.
You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast in the morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery.

The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spots are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
