The beautiful living room, featuring a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, and dining area, invites you to relax. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator. From both the living room and the bedroom, you have access to the balcony, where you can enjoy a view of the lake as well as the beautiful view of the spa gardens. In the bedroom, a high-quality double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and blackout blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The modern shower room with a toilet and washing machine rounds out the amenities. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and—last but not least—the beautifully landscaped Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bike storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
