Staff were courteous and welcoming. Provided an excellent service during recent 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location in Durham.

Shame no lunch/evening food unless booking in advance. However, there are plenty of places to eat in Durham.

location and decor

boiling hot asked for my boiled eggs not to be soft boiled ie white cooked, breakfast very slow and eggs with hardly cooked whites - couldn't eat and had to go. Plug by my bed was not fixed properly dangerous View from my window was a garden like a jungle
