In the separate bedroom, a cozy double bed with its own TV awaits you—perfect for unwinding after a relaxing day on vacation. The living area welcomes you with a comfortable double sofa bed that invites you to relax during the day and offers an additional sleeping option in the evening.
The open dining area creates a warm atmosphere for shared meals. The modern kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, offers everything you need for hassle-free cooking. The bright bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the living comfort.
On the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air—whether with morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Meanwhile, your car is safely parked in the underground garage.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily needs are also just a few minutes away.
You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
