About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in our bright and spacious 57 m² vacation apartment with its own underground parking space. An elevator takes you conveniently from the underground parking garage to our 2-room apartment on the 1st floor.
The living area features a nautical vibe and a cozy corner sofa bed. Entertainment is provided by a large 55-inch flat-screen TV with Sky channels, a Bluetooth radio, and free Wi-Fi. Through the large picture window, you have direct access to the southwest-facing balcony, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and features an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a Cafissimo. The large dining table with four comfortable chairs invites you to enjoy meals together—with a view of the bright windows.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom meets the highest standards and is equipped with a nearly walk-in shower and a towel warmer.
Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for your use in the house. The on-site wellness area is particularly relaxing: You can use the swimming pool free of charge during your stay; there is a fee for the sauna and steam room—perfect for relaxing even during the cooler months.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.
You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Seestern Residence, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
