Look forward to a relaxing vacation in a cozy 2-room apartment for up to 4 people (approx. 46 m²) at the Seestern Residence. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (full-length mattress, 180 x 200 cm), while the living area includes a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. A separate dining area is perfect for sharing meals, and the fully equipped kitchen—featuring a combination oven with a built-in microwave and a dishwasher—offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay.
Televisions in the living room and bedroom, a DAB radio, and free Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and comfort. On the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and wind down at the end of the day. Your own underground parking space rounds out the amenities.
A special highlight of the residence is its on-site wellness area: The swimming pool is available to you free of charge year-round, and you can use the sauna area for a fee—ideal for relaxing any time of year.

On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream shop and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
