Enjoy your stay in a spacious 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, measuring approximately 60 m², located in the attic of the Seestern Residence.
The apartment features a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bright, inviting living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a telephone—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day on vacation. A separate dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven and glass-ceramic cooktop, as well as plenty of storage space, leave nothing to be desired.
The bathroom features a shower and toilet. A special highlight is the large, south-facing rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy sunny hours and wind down at the end of the day.
The wellness area in the building complex offers additional relaxation: The indoor pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee. Your parking space is conveniently located in the building’s own underground garage.
Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.
You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety plugs and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
