Are you looking for a retreat to spend some time together? Then the "Kajüte" is just right for you. A small staircase in the lovingly renovated villa leads you to the upper floor.
The 52-square-meter vacation apartment is located just about 200 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The house is centrally located yet quiet. A 15-minute walk along the beach promenade takes you to the Heringsdorf pier, where you can browse various shops.
There is a parking space on the property. Of course, there’s also a place to store bicycles. Subject to availability, two private beach chairs on the beach are available for rent for both the villa and the annex.
A linen package can be added to your reservation for a fee per person. If the reservation is made on the same day as arrival, the linen package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought with you.
Are you traveling with an extended family or planning a birthday celebration on the island? On the villa’s property, there are three additional units with a total of twelve extra beds, which you are of course welcome to book together.
Pets are not allowed.
Vacation Rental “Kajüte” with Balcony and Bio-Fireplace:
Are you looking for a retreat to spend some time as a couple? Then the “Kajüte” is just right for you. A small staircase in the lovingly renovated villa leads you to the upper floor, where you’ll find your 52-square-meter vacation apartment with a small, cozy bedroom featuring a 140-cm-wide double bed and a bright living room. Let the morning sun pamper you on the southeast-facing balcony veranda. From here, you’ll have a magnificent view of the villa’s large, green grounds. You can probably already smell the sea from here. You’re just 100 meters from the Baltic Sea. The island’s kilometer-long sandy beach invites you to take a leisurely stroll along the imperial spa towns. When you return, tired but content, a hot shower or a relaxing soak in the spacious bathtub awaits you. How about rounding off a romantic evening with a glass of wine by the small eco-friendly fireplace? We’ll make sure all your wishes are fulfilled. Are you coming by car, or perhaps taking the sporty route by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. But that’s not all. Here’s what you’ll find: free Wi-Fi, an LED TV, a DVD player, DVD movies, books, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, and—for our youngest guests—a crib, high chair, foldable changing pad, and much more.
