Great hotel with the busstop just outside the door and the Underground station 5min walk away. Great restaurants just around the corner if you want to stay close. Excellent continental breakfast buffet!
The pillows were harder than a rock… otherwise nothing to complain about.

Very pleased with everything except my room (203) which was incredibly small and slightly shabby. Definitely needed refurbishment and was more suited to a store room. My friend’s room, which was booked at the same time and cost the same, was much roomier and pleasant. I barely had room for my suitcase! The bathroom however, was very nice.
See above.

We like the location , it is in a quiet area close to Pimlico Tube Station or Victoria Rail Station. Its is a nicely maintained and comfortable Hotel
Bed a little uncomfortable but not terrible, we have stayed here 3/4 times so it certainly does not put us off.
