The Staff always resolved what few Issues we had. The location is wonderful. Small room but charming.

Great location close to Victoria Station. Very clean room and bathroom. Radiators and air conditioning. Lounge area. Friendly and helpful staff. Offered to keep my luggage after I checked out if needed. 24hr reception. Felt very comfortable and safe being there on my own.
Close to Victoria Station! You can hear the trains which can be a pleasant rhythmic sound, or not. Quiet from around midnight until 5.30am. Although I did sleep through the train sound in the morning.

We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Buckingham Palace Road. The hotel is well located, making it easy to explore London and access public transport. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we appreciated the convenience and overall comfort of the accommodation. It was a great choice for our visit to London, and we would happily consider staying here again. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Bedding and towels and the room was very clean , staff were very nice , en suite very nice ,bed was comfortable,
Lower ground floor bedroom, very narrow stairway and hallway ,couldn’t see any fire escape , no wardrobe only half a hanging length for clothes and very small area , Train track noise of running trains above ceiling of the bedroom . Window was very high and very small couldn’t see out and second window was an inside window it felt claustrophobic.
The air con was on all the time staff couldn’t turn it off so set it at a nice temperature which was good enough
