Location
It was rather unpleasant and unexpected that they charge for keeping the luggage for couple of hours. Usually hotels do it for free

It was the perfect location for us. The room was very clean and had everything we needed considering we were out and about every day exploring London.
Easy to find and we had a ground floor room so no carrying out bags up stairs.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Very good location! We wanted to stay in the Westminster area, and it was conveniently located near both a subway station and the Uber boat pier~ Also, there was a good sandwich shop nearby, and we could easily walk to the to touristy areas of Westminster. The owner/those working at reception were very thoughtful and kind, too!
