Restaurant was a bit pokey. Maybe describe the fact that after more than 20 people it is packed
The tap in the bathroom (501) could not physically be turned to cold as the handle banged against the basin. Poorly designed

Location
Room was downstairs right next to dining hall where breakfast was served so got woken up very early; the room had design flaws:; no where to put your clothes & very few hangers; the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with the thinnest mattress. Had trouble with their wifi service
