I was traveling with mom and dad. All of us agreed that it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable with two double beds. I should admit that the beds are very comfortable, we slept so well! The room faces a quiet street, even though it's in a few meters from Republic Square. Oh, yeah, the location is just perfect for walks. We explored everything by foot. The breakfast is also very good with continental and local cuisine options, the coffee is great (if you like filtered coffee). And service is just exceptional – polite and helpful.
My dad said "When we get to Armenia next time, we’ll live here again".

The location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean with a very coned and the staff was very friendly.
The most important thing was the very convenient location, near the town’s main square, the famous pedestrian Northern Avenue and the Vernissage Market.

It was an ok experience. I didnot fully understand how can it be a 4 star hotel! There were no helpers for luggage, the customer had to carry all their luggage to the hotel room while check in and while check out!
