Very clean friendly staff best location
It would be better if they put the mirrors in the room as well. There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom.

Easy to find and check-in was smooth. The hotel also operates as a hostel, so make sure you book the correct room type if you are looking for a private room.
We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and suitable for our needs. We didn’t eat at the hotel or use the cooking facilities, so I can’t comment on those.
Overall, it’s fair for the price you pay.
Personally, I wouldn’t choose it again, as I would prefer somewhere more centrally located, cleaner and more comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at Kantar. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It was especially suitable for us as a family and genuinely felt like a home away from home.
The location is very convenient, and the staff were welcoming, kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We really appreciated the hospitality and the effort they made to ensure that we were comfortable.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yerevan. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay.

The location is good, right next to the center. Wifi works ok.
Breakfast is good but not fantastic.
The rooms are quite small as well are the double beds. It is advertised as hotel but actually it's a hostel. It's not bad but in Yerevan for this money you can stay at other and better places.
