Great staff, the girls on reception were incredibly sweet and kind. Apartment was spotless and very large. Great shower and free toiletries, slippers and bath robe.
Washing-although i did not use it. Good view out of the window.
Couple next door playing music at 6am-this was not the hotels fault though and i banged on the wall.
Everything else was great.

We had a lovely stay at Downtown Suites Yerevan! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot.
Our suite was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Considering the location, comfort, and size of the suite, the value for money was excellent. We'd happily stay here again!
Nothing to complain about.

Perfect location. The hotel itself occupies one floor on the 10th level, right in the city center. Nice room with good Wi-Fi. Extremely friendly and service-minded staff, with a 24-hour reception. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport.
