The hotel location is outstanding - walking distance from the famous Republic Square and near to major restaurants, eateries and watering holes. Our room was exquisite and very comfortable. The staff at the Reception were most helpful and pleasant.
Bit pricey but I guess worth it..
I had left my item of personal belonging which the hotel staff found it and informed me after my return home. I was most grateful and gratified by this. But after initial lack of cooperation in arranging a courier and when I did arrange one myself there was reluctance to print out airway bill and stuff like that, they did change their mind after a bit of "persuasion" on my part and ensured the item was collected and returned to me.

Great location, easy walking distance to many city highlights. Comfortable beds and helpful reception staff.
One replacement duvet cover had a faeces smear on it! Weren't able to contact anyone other than reception using the internal phone provided. No iron or ironing board in the room. Balcony view was onto other apartments.

This hotel was in a great location. I was allocated a very good room on the top floor with a great view. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are many places to eat and drink on that street.
All good.

The location of the Hotel is perfect and very close to the center. Also room was big enough and clean.
I was disappointed to be charged a half-day rate for early check-in that was significantly higher than the price agreed upon through Booking.com.
The prices for the hotel’s services were excessively high, even compared with those in Germany, Austria, and other Central European countries. For example, the airport transfer offered by the hotel was 3.5 times more expensive than the market rate.
Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options considering the high price of the stay. Additionally, the coffee machines were not functioning properly.
