Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drink was good quality and fairly priced.
The Health suite was also excellent.
The window was difficult to open and I was reluctant to force it in case I broke one of the single glazed windows. However the receptionist came up to help which was very accommodationg.

Was in a nice area
Room was dirty. Smoke sensor looks like it has not seen a duster in a while. As with the fan in the bathroom. Chrome shelves in bathroom was rusty. Having a shower and the hot water ran out. Had to finish in a cold shower.
