Great location for exploring Venice. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and really relaxed and friendly feel to the property.
Lovely breakfasts with so much choice
Nothing we didn’t like although tea / coffee facilities in the room would have been nice.

Close to the train station and the water taxi port. There is an elevator. The staff is friendly.
The breakfast should be more warm.
