Firstly, and most importantly, staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is both convenient for public transport and only a short walk to St Marks.

Very good location in Santa Croce close to Vaporetto stops and restaurants.
This is at best a two star hotel. While the lobby bar and restaurant areas are very pleasant the classic double room is basic, with peeling walls in the bathroom and nothing other than a bed and desk chair to sit on. more like a hostel room than in what they claim to be a three star hotel.
