Location, close to both train station and airport bus, good and varied breakfast, good sized rooms, quiet, safe for solo traveler, easy to walk to wherever I wanted in Venice

Close to the train station and Grand Canal

Our train got cancelled and had to stay in this hotel as an emergency accommodation.
Receptionist was excellent, he offered us a free breakfast. Hotel service was better than the OBB train service in Venice.
We had to carry our heavy suitcase ourselves with 22 steps before entering the hotel as they had porter service only before 9pm.
