Staff was excellent as they helped us with our questions and finding a porter to take a bags to the taxi stand.
The tiny shower and lack of bathroom space to place your toiletries, etc, There were no porters to help us get our luggage up two flight of stairs to our room. The breakfast area was a bit tight, but we could have eaten outside. It was a little too cool for us on the patio though.

Very clean, cosy, perfect location.
The cost per night seemed a lot for the size of the room - but that might just be Venice!
We also asked for a twin room - we were given twin beds which were made up separately but beds pushed together (with no space to move them apart)

The location was excellent. It was only about a 3-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, which made arriving and leaving with luggage very convenient. At the same time, the property is tucked away from the busiest streets, so it was quiet and peaceful.
We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety, including fresh fruit, and it was generous and filling.
Overall, the location was perfect for our short stay in Venice, as we could easily walk everywhere while still being very close to the station.
There is no elevator, which is important to keep in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage.

The location was good. Close to the train station. Room was clean.
Room was very noisy, a weird humming sound going at all time. Cleaning staff started hoovering the hallways at7.45 am.
The place was so noisy they left ear plugs on the bedside lockers.
There was one, very flat, pillow each.
Only seen reception staff when checking out.
There was also no lift so as we were on the top floor it was very hard taking the luggage up and down.
