A beautiful hotel - stunning both inside and out - with an excellent location, various public transport options are just a few minutes' walk away. The room was very comfortable, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a particularly pleasant touch. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a huge selection. A major plus is that this is a hotel where breakfast is available from very early in the morning until late morning, allowing almost every guest to fit it into their own schedule and needs.
I cannot mention anything like that.

Location, staff professionalism, food.
Nothing to dislike.

The location was good and the hotel building was grand. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was on the 7th floor and the lifts were very quick.
I always make the air conditioning a priority, as well as a firm bed and a good shower unit. All 3 were not that good, especially the air conditioning which had little control features and hardly worked at all to keep the room cool at night.
