nice new hotel, underground passage to the central station, great breakfast, very comfy beds
even at very high floor, there were significant noise from the outside
The roof bar was closed
Quite far from old town

The rooms are nice and very clean.
The staff were rather rude and unpleasant. They were unhelpful and arrogant. Being on the higher end of the price range, one would expect basic customer service skills. The staff didn’t direct us about amenities or events, breakfast location, elevators or anything else. They just handed us the keys. On several occasions when trying to enquire about anything, they would barely answer. If they could have refused, I’m certain they would have.
The bed was quite uncomfortable as it’s advertised a queen but the bed is just two 90cm beds combined with a thin mattress.
The breakfast was repeatedly out of things, there are no staff to guide or facilitate the breakfast so it’s full, chaotic and people are on a bad mood. It’s not a great way to start your mornings.
The rooftop was closed.

Excellent Hotel, comfortable room,
we had a corner room so we could see the north/west view of warsaw from the 10th floor.
we didn't order breakfast. but heard that it was good.
the staff was professional, all the hotels facilities that we used were 100%.
the complex that where the hotel is placed includes many great restaurants.
Room was really perfect but...
the bed mattress was too soft and we tend to sink in.
the pillows were funny as well.
the hotel is located great for shopping in the Zlote shopping mall, in order to reach the old town/main city for touristic matters, its pretty far, about 20-25 minutes of walking through main streets.
