Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Great value for the money. I would definitely book again.
Some of the furnishings were worn but very much usable.

Awesome location, Coffee 24 hours, large suite and very clean.
They did extra cleaning without being asked and we had parking in front of building.
Great staff and ambiance.
Can’t think of anything.

Location is perfect. Easy check in. Great staff. Comfortable apartment.
Internet speed is quite slow and wifi signal in certain apartments is one or two bars. Needs mesh network perhaps, with mesh routers for each apartment. Low cost method of ensuring well distributed signal strength, which would offset the slow speed at least a little.

It was a really nice and spacious apartment in a good area and relatively close to one of the main streets (Nowy Swiat). The kitchen was equipped really well and we even got a high chair for our baby. The bathroom was big with both the tub and a great pressure shower. The staff were kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back.
Everything was really great but maybe just a minor remark that the lights in the kitchen/living room were a bit unusual, as they could either all be on or off - it was impossible to have just a small light for, for example, watching tv. The living room ‘wall’ was shared with the bedroom, as it was a glass panel, which made the bedroom fairly bright. Maybe providing a small lamp for the living room would be good.
