The hotel is perfectly located for those visiting London for the first time and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The air-conditioning made a funny sound, even while turned off. They fixed it. But then, when I was out, they came in my room and my room was not serviced as they put the label on the door "please do not disturb" (while I wanted it to be serviced). It was not funny.
The location is good.

The property was clean and well located. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was small with little storage area. It was only suitable for sleeping. There was no facility for an evening meal and no lounge area where one could sit and relax. The breakfast was nice but very basic.
