Very authentic charming place at the center of historical palm. Perfect to wander in the city.

Location is perfect - in the middle of old town but tucked away in a quiet street. Comfortable to sleep with air con and opening windows on both levels. Kitchen and balcony were great for enjoying breakfast & drinks overlooking the old tiled rooftops. Heaps of great food/drink options in walking distance.
Shared washing machine facilities provided in downstairs area, would have been more convenient if provided in rooms as per the accommodation pictures. Our apartment had a lot of stairs which was OK for us, but may not work for others.

Really nice apartment in the centre of Palma. Location couldn’t be better. The design was nice and the flat had all it needed.
The design, the fact that it was spacious and clean, the fact that the bed was made every day, the lovely reception team and their responsiveness. One of the few places in Mallorca that was fairly priced.

The location and the breakfast room were the only things we liked about this hotel.
The apartment felt very cold and uncomfortable. The furniture is very basic, IKEA-style, placed in an old building that hasn’t seen much renovation. The bathroom has old, damaged tiles, the window is held by a magnet, and the door has no handle, making it hard to open. The room with the sofa bed is impossible to sleep in — the mattress is poor, there’s no mattress topper, and the fridge is extremely noisy. Light from the hallway shines through the gaps around the door. The main bed mattress is sagging and clearly needs replacement. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the main bedroom.
Breakfast was very limited — eggs were available only on one out of three mornings.
The price doesn’t match the quality of the apartment. Within a 15-minute drive from the city, you could stay in a 5-star hotel with a pool and easily come to the city by rental car — one day of car rental costs less than two taxi rides.
We were simply disappointed by the value for money. We travel a lot and have a good basis for comparison.
