Small but perfectly formed room. I liked being able to choose which side of the hotel to sleep on at check in. And being able to control the lights via iPad was a fun touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.
As someone with a dairy and tomato intolerance I found breakfast challenging. Eggs were scrambled with milk. No vegan spread, only butter. The tray that had vegan croissants was empty when I went down at 8:30. There was two alternative milks (oat and soya), which as a tea drinker both make breakfast tea taste like feet to me (niche I know!).

Great position, very nice staff, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. I got a room on higher floor and the view was also pretty nice. The TV supports projected content from your phone, which is kinda cool.
For such price there aren’t any cups nor bottled water in the room. No kettle, no tea or coffee in the room either. And I searched online, ppl say there is free tea/hot water in the lobby so I went to ask, and the staff got me a cup of tea from the bar and charged me for it lol. Not sure if I did it wrong, but it felt a bit too much for not having these in the room, no matter what modern concept they are trying to use to run this hotel.

Great design over quantity. Fab location on circle line by Victoria. Great cafes nearby.
Limited view onto other flats and wish there was a coffee or tea making facility.

Helpful staff, central location, tailor made breakfast with proper coffee and real orange juice. Very comffy bed and modern though small room. iPad remote cool option for selecting AC, lights etc.
No kettles/coffee machine options in the room (9th fl). iPad went offline after chromecast so unable to use it for anything, luckily light switches are installed and super staff to help!
