Really good location. Bed was nice and comfortable. Good size shower. Check out between 10 and 10:30.
We had a small issue with our door, it kept making a little banging noise for some reason.

The room very clean. And the toilet also very clean . I like it
The bed so nice and the toilet clean

It was clean and quiet. Fast check in and check out. Polite staff.
The mattress was too soft, and the bed too short lengthwise.
Toilet would randomly start flushing again after it already flushed.
The space provided for hanging clothes not long enough to comfortably accommodate a long coat.
No elevator. If you have luggage you have to drag it up the narrow stairs.
Only one towel provided per person, so you have to ask for more.
Luggage storage is available, but for £5/bag. Normally no one charges for this service.
