Location is beautiful, placed in street with up to 2 flors old british buildings. Many cute places to have breakfast, lunch, pubs, stores and Victoria station is very close to the hotel. Room is kind of small, but for the 2 of us it was ok. Bathroom is renovated and clean, the whole room was clean in general and wifi is good.

Stayed as a couple with our 2 year old daughter. Our room was very clean, modern (seemed newly renovated) and lovely beds and sheets. It exceeded our expectations! We were in one of the basement rooms. The staff were lovely always a smile and a hello. The perfect base if you only have a night in London like us to walk to all the sites. We would highly recommend.

Great location, close to Victoria but also in a quiet area.
Lovely staff.
Room needed some maintenance. Bathroom door was dangerous, would not open and close properly, I caught my fingers in it twice. It needs a new door that fits properly. This has been mentioned in previous reviews but obviously not acted on. Also socket by the desk did not work and no socket or cabinet by single bed, it had been taken out but the wholes were still visible. Again this has all been said in previous reviews.
