The location is really awesome, especially the bus stop near the building helped us a lot. Also, I quite appreciated the good communication with the property, including the check-in and check-out procedures. Overall a clean and nice accommodation for 4 nights stay.
The lack of a table or some spot to take a snack/eat, even though a microwave was available, no eating area.

Everything is perfect!
Perfect location: walking distance to the tourist attractions: Buckingham, Westminster, Big Ben, London Eye…
Convenient Transportation: 1mins walk to bus route 24, which leads to most of the tourist attractions, 6mins walk to the railway station where you take a express train to Gatwick within 30mins
Nice and clean room: the room was very well decorated and make you feel like being home, with a mini kitchen, saved us a lot of money by cooking ourselves.
I actually canceled another booking, swtiched to this hotel, and it turned out to be the best decision I have made in the trip.
Nothing.
