This corner townhouse, located in a quiet area yet close to the parking lot, features ground-level access and a walk-in shower, and is tastefully and modernly furnished. The west-facing terrace, surrounded by privacy screens, has a sun awning.
Neuwirth Vacation Home
Our vacation home is located at the highest point of the vacation village, offering a magnificent view from the large terrace of the Auerberg and sunshine until the sun sinks below the horizon....
An awning, patio furniture, and an electric grill are provided.
The house has approximately 65 square meters of living space and is rented to a maximum of 4 people.
We’ve provided a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, games for the whole family, and a selection of books for cozy evenings.
Our kitchen is comfortably equipped with, for example, a large dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and much more.
Shower/toilet with a window. The shower stall is walk-in.
We provide our guests with a hair dryer and a lighted makeup mirror.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our vacation home and smoking is prohibited.
Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The activities available in Lechbruck am See range from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape into a winter wonderland, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
