About this house rental
From your corner townhouse, furnished in a cozy country-style, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of meadows and mountains. The ground-level entrance makes it particularly suitable for seniors and those with limited mobility. The southwest-facing terrace offers plenty of sunny hours.
Welcome to Vacation Home No. 17, owned by the Priebe-Demuth family
Our vacation home, situated in a prime elevated location, offers approximately 64 square meters of living space, as well as a partially covered and side-protected south-facing terrace with a lawn for sunbathing. The view overlooks the Ammergau Alps and Lake Lech. You can easily reach our house by car on your arrival and departure days for loading and unloading. The house has step-free access. The Hochbergle Restaurant, which offers a bread roll delivery service, is only about 100 meters away.
The large bedroom has a double bed; the smaller one has two single beds.
The living room with dining area is located right next to the kitchen. It is furnished with a large sofa, TV, radio, and reading lamp.
The kitchen features a kitchenette in light colors with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The shower room, with a large exterior window, is bright and cheerfully furnished.
We do not allow pets.
Our house is a “little treasure in a country-style setting,” practically furnished, and simply designed to make you feel at home.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger vacationers, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape into a winter wonderland, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
